• Most recent Standardized Test scores

• Up-to-date Immunization Record

• Birth Certificate

• Social Security Card

• IEP or special education documents (if applicable)

• ELL or English Language Learner records (if applicable)

• Non-Refundable Assessment Fee

You will be notified within 5 business days of the status of your child’s admission.
